加州聖荷西2026年3月18日 /美通社/ -- Nscale 已簽署協議，收購由 Fidelis New Energy 和 8090 Industries 支持的 American Intelligence & Power Corporation (「AIPCorp」)，包括位於西維珍尼亞州的 Monarch 運算園區，並計劃建造全球規模數一數二的人工智能 (AI) 工廠。

透過是次收購，Nscale 成功將 Monarch 運算園區納入版圖。園區坐落於西維珍尼亞州梅森縣，佔地廣達 2,250 英畝，並配備美國首個獲州政府認證的人工智能微電網，供電能力可擴展至 8 吉瓦以上。 Nscale 亦宣佈成立 Nscale Energy & Power（能源與電力部）這個全新的全球部門，總部設於德州侯斯頓。園區可連接一個長期的低成本現場供電微電網，足以支援未來多吉瓦級的長遠擴充，在這個尖端 AI 算力需求極高的情況下，此舉正好突破了最核心的發展瓶頸。

這個西維珍尼亞州園區，是美國首個專為人工智能工作負載而設，並獲得州政府認證的公用事業電網。園區預計於 2028 年上半年，率先啟動 2 吉瓦的初始供電能力，並計劃在 2031 年進一步擴充至約 8 吉瓦。

Nscale Energy & Power 將由能源業界資深高層 Daniel Shapiro 掌舵，擔任首席電力總監；而 Bengt Jarlsjo 則出任副電力總監。隨著收購完成，AIPCorp 和 Fidelis New Energy 的整個團隊，從領導層到全體員工，都將加入 Nscale。 AIPCorp 團隊在人工智能基礎設施開發方面擁有近十年經驗，一直保持積極發展。他們將會支援 Nscale 開發 Monarch 運算園區，以及未來在全球的發展和擴張業務。
