上海和舊金山2021年8月26日 /美通社/ -- 再鼎醫藥（納斯達克代碼：ZLAB；香港聯交所代碼：9688）25日宣佈，香港衛生署已經批准則樂^®（尼拉帕利）的更改註冊藥劑製品的註冊申請，用於晚期高級別漿液性上皮性卵巢癌成人患者對一線含鉑化療達到完全緩解或部分緩解後的維持治療。則樂^®是一種一天一次的口服聚（ADP-核糖）聚合酶（PARP）抑制劑。與香港地區已獲批的其他PARP抑制劑不同，則樂^®在用藥之前無需進行BRCA突變或其他生物標記物檢測。
