進一步加快港澳網絡安全市場發展策略

香港2019年6月3日 /美通社/ -- 專門從事系統整合與網絡安全的創業板上市科技服務公司 Future Data Group Limited（「Future Data」或「集團」，股份代號：8229）今日宣佈，已完成收購 Maximus Group Consulting Limited（「Maximus」）24,000股股份，並認購24,000股新發行股份。截至2019年6月3日（收購完成當日），Future Data 持有 Maximus 全部已發行股本的64.86%。
