該遊戲將於2025年12月11日正式發售，提供實體版和數字下載版。

遊戲概述

收錄了能全身運動的「有氧運動」、「無氧運動」以及「伸展運動」等多種課程，讓你即使在家也能享受專業級的健身體驗。

玩家將在米奇教練及其機器人助理Hexie的陪伴與支持下進行鍛煉。

玩家只需雙手握持 Joy-Con，隨著米奇的動作來移動身體操作，簡單容易上手，任何人都能立即享受健身的樂趣。

收錄的健身項目共有，「節奏鍛鍊」、「肌力訓練」以及「放鬆運動」3種類型。玩家可以根據自己的目標或當天的身體狀況，從多種的健身項目中自由選擇。

- 「節奏鍛鍊」健身項目

"這是一種以全身的持久力提升為目標，以舞蹈或拳擊動作為基礎，配合節奏進行的有氧運動。這種健身輕快地會讓人不自覺就想跟著動起來，也非常適合用來作為輕度鍛鍊或紓解壓力。"

- 「肌力訓練」健身項目

這是一種針對身體各個部位重量訓練的健身項目，收錄的課程內容以無氧運動為主，藉此來提升肌力與基礎代謝。根據想要鍛鍊的部位，由5種不同動作組成，並搭配短暫休息讓你無負擔地完成運動。非常適合想在短時間內充分運動的人。

- 「放鬆運動」健身項目

這是一種融入了類似瑜伽的伸展與調整體態的動作，以及核心肌群訓練的健身項目。包括緩慢活動全身的「柔軟伸展」以及保持靜止姿勢的「平衡伸展」，非常適合運動後的緩和運動和轉換心情。項目的設計方便日常利用零碎的時間進行。
