北京2025年4月2日 /美通社/ -- 3月29日，中央廣播電視總臺「南海研究專家委員會」在中國海南宣佈成立。中央廣播電視總臺「南海研究專家委員會」集聚了來自中國科學院南海海洋研究所、中國歷史研究院、中國南海研究院、華陽海洋研究中心、聯合國大陸架界限委員會、亞太「一帶一路」共策會、印尼-中國夥伴關係研究所等機構的28位涉南海研究領域的領軍人物和專業人士，致力於通過更多理性、公正、客觀的和平之聲，為推動南海和平發展貢獻智慧與力量。

該委員會特邀專家、華陽海洋研究中心理事長吳士存表示，中央廣播電視總臺「南海研究專家委員會」囊括涉海研究多領域的多國專家學者，這一新的合作機制和平臺，將讓南海區域的政策討論和思想交流達到新的高度。

另一位特邀專家、馬來西亞原交通部部長、亞太「一帶一路」共策會會長翁詩傑表示，中國和東盟的合作是區域一體化與多邊主義的成功典範，成立「南海研究專家委員會」十分契合時宜。該委員會特邀研究員、新加坡尤索夫伊薩東南亞研究院資深客座研究員張添財（Peter T.C. Chang）表示，東南亞國家應當自主決定本地區的命運，堅守「東盟中心地位」的主張。

當天，中央廣播電視總臺還發佈了《東南亞涉南海認知報告》。報告由中國人民大學全球民意調查中心提供學術支持，對印尼、馬來西亞、越南、菲律賓、新加坡、泰國等東南亞六國民眾的民調和輿情分析顯示，東南亞國家民眾對通過外交途徑、對話協商來處理南海問題表示較高認同，普遍對域外勢力介入南海表示警惕和擔憂，並期待與中國在南海區域開展合作。
