華盛頓2023年6月28日 /美通社/ -- 美國光伏企業SEG Solar（簡稱SEG）與印尼巴塘綜合工業區（簡稱KITB）近日簽訂長達80年的土地租賃協議，項目地塊位於印尼中爪哇巴塘縣，面積約41公頃。

SEG打算通過與印尼可再生能源投資公司PT ATW Investasi Selaras（ATW集團）共同成立的合資項目公司PT SEG ATW Solar Manufaktur Indonesia進行一級開發建設，投資5億美元，在該地塊上建設5GW太陽能電池片工廠和3GW太陽能組件工廠。

根據相關規劃，一期建設的電池片生產線將用於垂直供應SEG美國得克薩斯州休斯敦的組件工廠，確保組件供應鏈中部件的可溯源性。SEG計劃與硅錠、硅片、接線盒、邊框、EVA膠膜等其他光伏組件部件供應商共同在印尼合作建廠，全面開拓光伏全產業鏈業務領域。

SEG首席執行官Jim Wood表示：「印尼政府在政策、稅收等方面給予較大力度的支持且印尼具有豐富的硅料資源。」

印尼投資部部長Bahlil Lahadalia說道：「SEG對印尼本土的投資有助於促進巴塘當地經濟發展，帶動約2000個就業崗位。印尼政府將在稅收等方面給予支持，實現互利共贏。」按照進度，一期工廠建設計劃於2024年第二季度完工，建成後將成為印尼最大的太陽能電池片和組件工廠之一。

SEG成立於2016年，總部位於美國得克薩斯州休斯敦，是美國領先的太陽能光伏組件制造商。預計到2024年，SEG全球組件產能將超過5.5GW。

ATW集團成立於2017年，是一家總部位於印尼的可再生能源投資公司，在整個群島擁有超過80 MWp的投資項目。KITB是印尼國有工業園區，自2020年成立以來被指定為國家戰略項目之一，擁有4300公頃土地，分三個集群進行開發。
