團體調查市民憂慮交椅洲填海

香港2023年3月27日 /美通社/ -- 香港「交椅洲人工島」填海方案正在公眾諮詢，提出興建佔地1,000公頃由三個島嶼組成的人工島，以水道分隔並透過公路和鐵路連接，擬建19萬至21萬個單住，最多容納55萬人居住。與此同時，政府計劃在交椅洲人工島建設成第三個核心商業區（CBD）。交椅洲人工島的總工程造價接近六千億元。

社區發展脈搏建議政府於諮詢期多聽市民意見。

社區發展脈搏一直關注公共政策，並就交椅州填海程序、規模、方式和成本等相關議題表達意見。該會並於3月上旬透過網上調查，以讓市民投選交椅洲填海最關注的事項。最終有有568人投票，調查發現市民最關注的成本效益問題，憂慮項目出現入不敷支的情況。市民其他關注的地方包括，商業樓市日後價供應過度、項目對海洋環境的影響、影響內地與香港融合以及島上日後交通是否能滿足需求等。
