BRI發行50億印尼盧比綠色債券，鞏固其印尼ESG公司市場領導者地位

印尼雅加達2022年7月1日 /美通社/ -- 印尼人民銀行（Bank BRI，簡稱「BRI」）(IDX: BBRI)發行Sustainable Environmental Bonds I Phase I Year 2022，重申其對印尼可持續融資的承諾。此次發行目標是募集150億印尼盧比，為ESG（環境、社會和治理）活動共發行50億印尼盧比。

募集資金將根據POJK 60/2017關於綠色債券的發行和要求使用，分配至少70%用於環境友好型商業活動(KUBL)標準中包含的商業活動。

此次綠色債券在印尼證券交易所的首次上市發行期為6月14日至7月14日，由PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas、PT Bahana Sekuritas、PT BCA Sekuritas、PT BNI Sekuritas、PT Indo Premier Sekuritas和PT Mandiri Sekuritas擔任發行擔保商。

BRI總裁主任Sunarso表示：「Sustainable Environmental-Friendly Bonds I Phase I Year 2022的擔保採用全新形式，期限為370天、3年和5年，根據30/360計算每季度支付一次，利率不確定。PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo)對BRI的綠色債券給予了idAAA評級。」
