深圳2021年6月25日 /美通社/ -- 2021年6月12日，美國德州東區法院就艾比森對美出口LED顯示產品知識產權侵權一案作出終審判決：艾比森勝訴Ultravision。

此次案件，Ultravision 指控艾比森出口到美國的LED顯示產品侵犯了其知識產權，在經過四天的證詞和大約三個小時的陪審團審議後，陪審團一致裁定：艾比森九個被控產品均未侵犯任何Ultravision的知識產權，並確定所有Ultravision聲稱自己擁有的知識產權都是無效的。
