北京2020年12月16日 /美通社/ -- 12月10日，首屆寒區試車節在中國東北黑龍江省的黑河市拉開帷幕。該活動旨在推動黑河寒區試車產業的發展。

首屆試車節計劃在未來3個月內相繼舉辦CCPC雪地越野和城市街道挑戰賽、保時捷自駕體驗等8項系列活動。

量產之前，汽車需要接受極端天氣條件下的駕駛測試，以確保其質量、操控性與安全性，這一需求為地處高緯度高寒區域的中國黑河市帶來了發展機遇。

近年來，黑河把發展寒區試車經濟作為做強冰雪產業的重要任務，經過多年發展，吸引了8家寒區試車企業、3家國家級汽車檢驗檢測機構在此落地，24家車企建立了專屬試驗基地，寒區試車量佔全國80%以上。

黑河市委書記馬裡表示，通過辦好試車節，黑河有決心有信心營造國際一流的好環境，希望試車企業及研發檢測機構，打造好黑河「試車之家」。

中國汽車工業協會（CAAM）首席專家於光表示，黑河寒區試車資源豐富、交通體系完備、服務保障優越，中國汽車工業協會將為黑河試車產業在信息服務、標准制定、行業自律等方面提供更加有力、有為、有效的服務。

江淮汽車集團股份有限公司總質量師李德斌表示，黑河憑借獨特的地理位置、良好的自然資源、至誠的人文環境和完善的城市功能在寒區試車領域拔得頭籌，為車企獲取汽車寒區測試參數這把「金鑰匙」提供強力保障。

開幕式上，新華社民族品牌工程辦公室常務副主任宗煥平宣布，黑河寒區試車產業正式加入新華社民族品牌工程。
