佛山2020年8月27日 /美通社/ -- 8月25日，碧桂園（02007.HK）發佈2020年中報。上半年，碧桂園共實現歸屬本公司股東權益的合同銷售金額約2669.5億元，歸屬本公司股東權益的合同銷售面積約3185萬平方米。在第三方機構（克而瑞）統計的2020年1-6月全口徑銷售額排行榜中，碧桂園上半年合同銷售金額3723.1億元，仍然穩居行業第一。數據顯示，公司權益銷售金額自3月起已連續5個月實現同比增長，其中7月份權益銷售額542.8億元，同比增長27.52%。
