叙福樓集團(1978)，宣佈截至2019年6月30日止六個月期間之中期業績。

由於餐廳營運收入增加，回顧期內，集團收入增加約11.7%至520,018,000港元。其中來自亞洲菜餐廳 — 特許經營品牌於上半年的收入較去年同期增加38.3%至約283,432,000港元，相關收入佔集團的收入百分比由去年同期約44.1%增加至今年上半年約54.5%。

回顧期內，股東應佔溢利由2018年同期增加約1,214.0%至約39,669,000港元，每股盈利為4.96港仙。有關增加主要由於期間(i)出售附屬公司之一次性收益約13,101,000港元；及(ii)今年上半年並無產生上市開支（2018年：8,027,000港元）。若撇除相關因素，集團於2019年上半年的股東應佔溢利為股東應佔溢利約26,600,000港元，較2018年同期增加約140.5%。董事會建議派發每股股份4.96港仙之中期股息（2018年：無）及每股股份5.00港仙之特別股息。
