全明星全球音樂會開場表演嘉賓為澳洲最受歡迎的兩位音樂家：迪吉裡杜管演奏家William Barton和小號手James Morrison。歌手Jane Monheit隨後與巴西吉他手/歌手Chico Pinheiro合作了Antonio Carlos Jobim的巴西爵士樂經典《Waters of March》。Ledisi憑藉扣人心弦的一曲《Try a Little Tenderness》博得滿堂彩。她的背後是一支10人樂隊，包括Theo Croker、Eli Degibri、Matthew Jodrell、中川英二郎和Tineke Postma精彩的銅管演奏。作為爵士樂日的傳統，在全明星全球音樂會的尾聲，全體表演嘉賓以爵士樂風格演繹了約翰-列儂(John Lennon)的和平讚歌《想像》(Imagine)。
