多倫多2019年4月23日 /美通社/ -- 全球領先的兒童娛樂公司Spin Master Corp. (TSX:TOY; www.spinmaster.com) 今天宣佈收到對蘇州高新鴻圖影視動漫有限公司（簡稱「鴻圖」）專利案的最終判決。Spin Master對鴻圖衍生的「空天戰隊」玩具侵犯其爆丸 (Bakugan) 專利一案勝訴。

2017年9月，鴻圖在中國推出了「空天戰隊」衍生玩具，侵犯了Spin Master受歡迎的爆丸玩具相關的專利權。

2018年3月，Spin Master在杭州市中級人民法院對鴻圖和其他三名被告提起訴訟。在初審中，法院裁定「空天戰隊」玩具屬於Spin Master專利的範圍，因此構成專利侵權。法庭下令被告停止生產和銷售「空天戰隊」玩具，並向Spin Master 賠償30萬元人民幣（約44100美元）。鴻圖于2019年4月向浙江省高等人民法院提出上訴。法院現已作出最終判決，維持一審判決。

Spin Master和「爆丸」

2007年，Spin Master與Sega Toys、TMS和Nelvana合作發佈了《爆丸》動畫片。爆丸玩具作為動漫的主要衍生產品，受到世界各地兒童的廣泛歡迎。Spin Master在全球範圍內提交了各種知識產權申請以保護爆丸的專利。
