四國有一條全長1,000公里的環形自行車道，與「自行車王國」臺灣環島一圈的路程一樣。充滿浪漫色彩的「自行車環遊四國一周」正迅速成為人們喜愛的一項休閒活動。

島波海道位於愛媛，是日本最棒的自行車道之一。愛媛熱烈歡迎日本國內外騎行愛好者來體驗這條風景優美的自行車道。松山空港（日本）目前有飛往首爾和上海的航班，計劃今年夏天開通臺灣航線。該機場還設有一個帶更衣室的自行車休息站，方便參加者整理自己作為行李攜帶的自行車，換上騎行服，快速開啟這段旅程。

從陸地出發，穿過三座橋後，您會發現自己已來到四國島。四國島由愛媛、香川，德島和高知四個縣組成。
