杭州和紹興2019年1月2日電 /美通社/ -- 歌禮製藥有限公司（歌禮製藥 1672.HK），一家致力於解決抗病毒、癌症及脂肪肝病三大領域中尚未被滿足醫療需求的生物科技公司，今日宣佈，根據成都市醫療保險管理局文件通知，戈諾衛^®（達諾瑞韋）正式被納入成都市丙型肝炎門診醫療費分類付費藥品範圍。這是繼被納入天津市「基本醫療保險丙型肝炎門診醫療費用按人頭付費試點」藥品報銷範圍及獲紹興市政府財政補助後，戈諾衛^®在提高藥物可及性方面取得的又一大進展。

戈諾衛^®是歌禮開發的我國第一個具有自主知識產權的、用於慢性丙型肝炎治療的口服創新藥物，也是首個獲批上市的本土丙肝治療創新藥物。在中國大陸地區完成的III期臨床試驗結果顯示，經過12周治療，在基因1型非肝硬化患者中治癒率（SVR12）達97%。戈諾衛^®與歌禮已遞交新藥上市申請的NS5A抑制劑拉維達韋及利巴韋林聯合使用，組成中國首個原研全口服無干擾素丙肝治癒方案（RDV/DNV治療方案）。在中國大陸地區已經完成的II/ III期臨床試驗結果顯示，經過12周治療，RDV/DNV治療方案在基因1型非肝硬化患者中治癒率（SVR12）達99%，且針對基線發生NS5A耐藥突變的患者，100%實現SVR12。
