伯恩光學1.8億港幣買地擴建，加碼中國内地投資

香港2026年4月20日 /美通社/ -- 全球最大手機螢幕玻璃製造商伯恩光學，近期再度加碼內地投資，旗下全資公司「文英科技（惠州）有限公司」以1.8億港幣，購置廣東惠州市一幅面積约145萬平方呎的工業用地，該地塊位置距離伯恩光學已投產的伯恩精密（淡水）工業園區僅一條馬路之隔。伯恩此次購買地塊將進一步擴充產能同優化產業佈局。

廣東惠州市政府網站顯示，伯恩光學本次投得的地塊編號為DSYX&YD-03-16，面積约145萬平方呎，出讓年限50年。項目採用「買地即動工」的模式，從今年3月起已經入場施工，目前場地平整完成約60%，供水、供電、排污等管線工程正同步推進。該塊地最高計容建築面積可達610萬平方呎，加上後期的廠房建設、設備進場、產線運營等成本，預計將持續投入數十億港幣。

本次擴產最大優勢在於「鄰廠佈局」——新地塊同現有成熟生產基地只隔一條馬路，做到「零距離」擴產。這種佈局大幅減低物流運輸、供應鏈協同、人手調配同綜合管理等方面的成本。新舊廠區可以共享生產配套同倉儲物流等設施，將效能發揮到最大，從而明顯提升整體營運效率，縮短新產能的爬坡期，更快回應市場需求。
