台北2025年9月26日 /美通社/ -- Tescan 集團今日宣布收購超快雷射技術（ultrafast laser technologies）領域的創新者 FemtoInnovations，並成立專責的雷射技術事業單位（Laser Technology Business Unit，LT BU），總部設於康乃狄克大學科技園區。此新單位將擴展 Tescan 在關聯式與多模態（correlative & multimodal）解決方案的佈局，服務半導體、生醫裝置製造與先進研究等市場。

FemtoInnovations 為 Tescan 帶來獨特且顛覆性的雷射平台；該技術已在嚴苛的實務流程中獲得驗證，並吸引半導體、先進製造與高科技產業領導者的高度關注。

Tescan 將在 11 月於 ISTFA 2025（Pasadena, CA）首度公開雷射技術產品組合。

雷射技術事業單位（LT BU）將設於 UConn Tech Park，充分運用其研究生態系、人才與基礎設施；並與 Tescan 的電子顯微鏡與Micro-CT事業單位密切協作，自 2026 年起陸續導入整合式工作流程。

同時，將於 UConn Tech Park 的創新夥伴大樓（Innovation Partnership Building, IPB）設立全新的 FLAME 中心（FemtoInnovations Laser Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering），以加速研發、應用與工作流程的開發。

從策略面來看，此決策聚焦於三個面向：FemtoInnovations 團隊的實力、其超快雷射平台於真實情境工作流程中的成熟度，並與 Tescan 的以客戶為核心、著重問題解決的文化高度契合。
