康恆環境積極踐行生物多樣性保護舉措，其環境修復業務圍繞垃圾填埋場全生命週期服務、次生固廢資源化、工礦污染地塊修復等領域，通過提供環境調查咨詢、修復方案設計、整治工程實施等服務保護生態系統多樣性。截至 2024 年 12 月 31 日，已為 107 個垃圾填埋場提供全生命週期管理服務，完成 42 個工礦污染場地修復。

武義縣位於浙江省中部，以古村落和自然景觀聞名。康恆環境在 2024 年歷時七個月採用生態封場技術完成武義垃圾填埋場生態修復，降低垃圾填埋對本地物種生存構成的威脅，重建生態系統，為動植物提供適宜棲息條件，促進當地生態系統修復與保護。

船灣淡水湖是香港第二大水塘，也是全球第一個在海中興建的水塘，位於八仙嶺及船灣郊野公園。 2025 年 5 月起，康恆環境將啟動對香港大埔船灣垃圾填埋場的修復，通過污染物控制減少垃圾填埋對生態系統的威脅，為保護當地生態系統貢獻力量。
