米蘭2024年2月21日 /美通社/ -- 意大利可再生能源及能源儲存領域其中一個最大型的獨立集團 PLT Energia (PLT) 宣佈，其子公司 PLT Energy US Corp 已與 GGS Energy LLC 成立聯營公司，共同在美國德薩斯州開發超過 1 GW 的可再生能源。

該聯營公司的首個項目是其 Indigo 項目的第一階段開發和建設，項目位於德薩斯州西部，總量為 330 MW：其中太陽能光電量為 150 MW，儲能量為 180 MW。預計會於 2024 年 6 月開始建設。這家新成立的聯營公司 PLT US Solar 1 LLC 由 PLT Energy US Corp 持有 80％股權，GGS Energy 則持有 20％股權。
