Candlenut是新加坡著名餐廳，歸主廚李小明（Malcolm Lee）所有，主打融合了中國、馬來西亞和印尼風味的正宗娘惹菜。他通過融入創新滋味，將娘惹菜提升到新的水平。主廚李小明表示：「我希望能走得更遠，而不僅僅是做本地菜，深入挖掘後，您會發現有如此多跨越了幾代人且超越新加坡國界的烹飪知識。」
