香港2020年10月9日 /美通社/ -- 香港領先的長者安老院舍運營商松齡護老集團有限公司（「松齡」或「本公司」，連同其附屬公司統稱為「本集團」，港交所股份代號：1989）宣佈恢復公眾持股及復牌。

於要約截止後及直至今天，要約方已完成向與本公司或其任何核心關連人士概無關連且並非與要約方一致行動的人士的獨立第三方出售合共203,576,000股現有股份，相當於本公司於本公告日期全部已發行股本約22.54%（「出售事項」）。緊隨出售事項完成後及於今天，226,320,000股股份由公眾人士持有，相當於本公司已發行股本總額約25.06%。因此，本公司的公眾持股量已恢復至不少於本公司已發行股本總額的25%。
