碧桂園世界500強榜單最新排名升至147位居全球房企首位

佛山2020年8月11日 /美通社/ -- 8月10日，《財富》2020年世界500強榜單發佈，碧桂園(HK:2007)以703.35億美元營收位列榜單第147位，較去年上升30位。這也是碧桂園連續第四年上榜《財富》世界500強，排名高居全球上榜房企首位。

《財富》世界500強排行榜一直是衡量全球大型公司最著名、最權威的榜單之一，展示了全球最大企業的最新發展趨勢。近年來，中國國力強盛、經濟繁榮，中國企業持續做大做強。今年，中國共有133家企業上榜世界500強榜單，繼去年首次超過美國後，中國上榜企業數量再次領先，上榜企業數量居全球第一。

從行業看，今年榜單上共有5家房地產公司，其中碧桂園從177位提升到147位。數據顯示，2019年碧桂園營收達到703.35億美元，同比增長22.7%；利潤達到57.25億美元，同比增長9.4%。資產收益率（ROE）達26.2%，居世界500強房企首位。

繼2017年首次登上《財富》世界500強榜單之後，碧桂園榜單排名已連續第四年提升，其中2019年更是成為全球榜單中上升最快的企業，反映出公司實力的迅速提升。

事實上，碧桂園規模、盈利等各項指標近年來均呈現大幅增長。統計顯示，2016年到2019年，碧桂園銷售額從3088.4億元增長149.8%至7715.3億元（第三方統計全口徑數據）；營業收入從1530.9億元增長至4859.1億元，漲幅達217.4%；淨利潤從136.6億元增長至612億元，漲幅達348%。各項增長均處於行業領先地位。

面對市場波動，碧桂園的企業經營也表現出了很強的「韌性」。今年受新冠疫情暴發影響，地產銷售交易遭遇衝擊，而碧桂園的抗風險能力凸顯，穩中向好，2020年1-7月累計實現權益銷售金額達3212.3億元，穩居行業前列。伴隨疫情逐漸得到控制及經濟穩步復甦，碧桂園自3月以來已實現權益銷售金額連續5個月同比增長，其中7月同比增長27.52%至542.8億元。
