中國杭州和紹興2020年4月1日 /美通社/ -- 歌禮製藥有限公司（香港聯交所代碼：1672）今日宣佈，其合作夥伴Sagimet Biosciences（更名前為3-V Biosciences）將在於倫敦舉行的2020年歐洲肝病年會上發佈非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis，簡稱NASH）候選藥物TVB-2640（歌禮代號：ASC40）的臨床前和臨床數據。

2019年2月，Sagimet Biosciences與歌禮簽訂獨家開發協議，協議中約定Sagimet Biosciences將ASC40及相關化合物大中華區研發、生產和商業化的獨家權益授予歌禮。
