銷售業績穩步提升

2019年，碧桂園共實現歸屬公司股東權益的合同銷售金額約5522億元，權益合同銷售面積約6237萬平方米，分別同比增長10.03%、15.16%。

核心盈利指標保持兩位數增長

報告期內，碧桂園營業收入達4859.1億元，同比增長28.2%；毛利潤約1266.4億元，同比增長23.6%；淨利潤約612億元，同比增長26.1%；歸屬股東的核心淨利潤401.2億元，同比增長17.6%。

運營資本充裕

截至2019年12月31日，碧桂園可動用現金餘額約2683.5億元，達到公司有史以來最高水平，這也是碧桂園自2016年起第四次連續在年末實現正淨經營性現金流。

規模增長同時，嚴格管控負債

報告期內，碧桂園淨借貸比率為46.3%，較2018年同比下降3.3個百分點，已連續12年保持了將淨借貸比率低於70%。另有3167.9億元的銀行授信額度未使用。

保持穩定豐厚的派息

作為投資級港股大藍籌，碧桂園連年保持穩定豐厚的派息，回饋股東的長期支持。2019年，碧桂園基本每股盈利為1.85元，同比增長14.9%。董事會建議以現金派發末期股息每股人民幣34.25分，同比增長13%；全年合計每股派息人民幣57.12分，同比增長17%。
