北京2019年9月30日 /美通社/ -- 被譽為「互聯網之都」的中國浙江省杭州市正在加緊努力，以全新的姿態擁抱集成電路和高端芯片產業的下一個黃金發展期。

杭州市投促局相關負責人表示，目前杭州最具代表性的集成電路企業基本都匯聚在濱江地區，但未來杭州要實現由設計到製造的「蛻變」，必然要將杭州其他地區散落的產業佈局進行系統化整合。

該負責人表示：「按照目前的發展計劃，杭州的集成電路產業將從設計延伸至製造，突出關鍵領域的芯片製造，以構建產業核心競爭力，打造產業集聚。」

杭州市已出台多個文件，並逐漸明晰自身的發展路徑。在2017年出台的發展規劃中，杭州提出「到2020年，全市集成電路產業主營業務收入力爭達到500億元」的目標。

杭州既有夯實的集成電路產業基礎，同時又有完善的產業規劃與實施路徑，這讓杭州集成電路產業未來變得十分可期。事實上，近年來，杭州集成電路產業規模不斷擴大，尤其是在集成電路設計領域。

據《杭州市集成電路設計產業調研報告》顯示，2018年杭州全市集成電路企業實現主營業務收入達到205億元，其中集成電路設計產業產值達到127億元，增速超過30%，排名全國第四位。

在浙江，杭州成為全省集成電路設計產業絕對核心，85%以上的設計企業和95%以上的設計業務收入集中在杭州。此外，杭州在集成電路的封裝、材料、設備等方面取得了顯著進展，硅材料生產已經處於全國領先水平。
