成都高新區著力建設國際一流網路視聽產業集聚區

中國成都2019年5月30日 /美通社/ -- 作為中國網路視聽界規模最大、規格最高，被譽為行業年度「風向標」的國家級活動之一的第七屆中國網路視聽大會開幕式暨主論壇，於5月28日在成都召開。作為大會的承辦方，成都高新區在現場發佈了其最新的網路視聽產業規劃，並提出力爭到2021年產業規模超千億，到2025年建成國際一流的網路視聽產業集聚區。

作為成都高新區最新網路視聽產業規劃的重點專案，瞪羚谷公園社區城市設計規劃也首次在論壇上對外發佈。規劃面積4.6平方公里，定位為中國中西部產業生態最完善的數字文創+金融科技城市社區，將遵循公園城市發展理念，恪守39%生態用地、46%生活用地、15%生產用地的科學規劃占比，未來將是成都網路視聽與數位文創產業發展的重要承載園區。

在設計規劃方面，瞪羚谷將依託成都天府綠道打造慢行交通系統，遵循中西合璧的建設風格，其中的文化藝術中心由日本著名建築師隈研吾團隊設計。

目前，成都高新區已聚集騰訊、咪咕音樂等網路視聽企業超過600家，2018年網路視聽和數位文創產業增加值達到280億元，年均增幅超過30%。

為了更加精准地扶持產業發展，去年11月，成都高新區發佈產業培育政策18條，構建以種子期雛鷹企業、瞪羚企業、獨角獸企業、平臺生態型龍頭企業為重點的四級企業梯度培育體系。該政策設立100億元新經濟創投基金，重點對上述企業進行市場化投融資扶持；每年設立2億元新經濟應用場景專項資金，對經評定的新產品新技術，最高給予200萬元補貼；每年設立5000萬元業界共治專項資金，支持企業集群發展。
