香港2019年1月18日電 /美通社/ -- 中國發展成熟的大型住宅及商業綜合體開發商 -- 佳源國際控股有限公司（「佳源國際」，連同其附屬公司統稱「集團」，香港聯交所股份代號：02768）指出，有關集團分別於2018年1月19日及4月26日發行，共值3.5億美元票息8.125厘的優先票據，集團確認已償還全數款項。

集團強調目前財務狀況健康，業務運作正常，管理層對公司未來發展充滿信心。

截至2018年12月31日止12個月，集團合同銷售金額約人民幣 201.804億元，同比增長94.6%。
