新加坡2026年8月7日 /美通社/ -- 領先的獨立海事資產擁有人及營運商 Seaspan Corporation Pte. Ltd. （以下簡稱「Seaspan」）宣佈，已成功在中國境內債券市場發行人民幣 15 億元熊貓債券。

該批 3 年期私募票據於 2026 年 7 月 15 日發行，票面年息率為 2.50%。是次發行獲中國境內及國際投資者踴躍認購，訂單簿覆蓋倍數達 2.3 倍。

是次交易標誌著 Seaspan 成為首家成功進入熊貓債券市場的國際船東及營運商，是公司發展歷程中的重要里程碑。
