澳大利亞首次以官方國家級身份擔任主賓國。這是澳大利亞首次以官方國家級身份正式參與鏈博會，標誌著鏈博會國際影響力進一步提升。聯合國貿易和發展會議、聯合國國際貿易法委員會、世界知識產權組織、國際貿易中心、國際商會等5家國際組織繼續擔任支持單位。

首次設立外國主賓省，國內主賓省同步亮相。本屆鏈博會首次創新設立外國主賓省機制，法國奧弗涅-羅訥-阿爾卑斯大區、意大利利古裡亞大區獲此殊榮。國內主賓省由安徽省和海南省擔任。安徽將突出"科技創新+先進製造"核心定位，重點展示智能網聯新能源汽車、新一代信息技術、人工智能、高端裝備製造、新材料、低空經濟等新興產業；海南作為自貿港封關運行首年主賓省，將全景呈現自由貿易港建設進展，聚焦現代服務業補鏈延鏈與制度創新，展示自貿港供應鏈國際合作機遇。
