在此次活動中，Vantage基金會的志願者們於節日季期間齊聚一堂，為這個Starlight項目所支持的兒童精心准備並包裝名為「Sparkle Packs」的特別玩具禮盒。共有10名志願者參與此次行動，共同為27名正在住院治療的患病兒童送去了特別的節日禮物與聖誕祝福。

「Sparkle Packs」內包含樂高積木、益智玩具與書籍、紙牌游戲及塗色用品等多種內容。志願者們還在每份禮盒中加入了親筆手寫的祝福卡片，為孩子們送上鼓勵與溫暖的話語。

除實際志願服務外，此次合作也為該慈善機構帶來了直接的資金支持。按照Team Building with Purpose的機制，其每場活動將50%的淨利潤捐贈給合作慈善機構，因此Starlight Children's Foundation還獲得了至少500澳元（另加GST稅）的捐助。該筆資金將用於為25名住院病童提供藝術與手工創作套裝，使項目影響力延續至節日季之後。

此次合作恰逢節日季期間——對於身患重病的兒童及其家庭而言，這一時期往往伴隨著更大的焦慮與不安。節日雖象征著歡慶，卻也可能加劇不確定感和情緒壓力。Vantage基金會希望通過此次行動減輕他們的心理負擔，在最需要的時候，為孩子們帶來快樂與安心。
