中國海油所屬公司簽署印尼勘探區塊產品分成合同

香港2025年8月26日 /美通社/ -- 中國海洋石油有限公司（「公司」或「中國海油」，香港聯交所股票代碼：00883（港幣櫃台）及80883（人民幣櫃台），上海證券交易所股票代碼：600938）宣佈，旗下全資子公司與印尼能源礦產資源部所屬監管機構SKK Migas、東固項目其他合作夥伴所屬公司、EnQuest和Agra分別就印尼兩個勘探區塊簽署產品分成合同。

此次簽訂的合同涉及Gaea區塊和Gaea II區塊，均位於印尼西巴布亞省的南部，臨近東固項目。區塊主體位於陸上和淺水區域，總面積約1.2萬平方公里。根據合同規定，勘探期第一階段為3年。

2025年4月，印尼政府宣佈Gaea、Gaea II區塊中標結果。東固項目合作夥伴（包括BP Exploration Indonesia Limited、MI Berau B.V.、ENEOS Xplora Inc.、CNOOC Southeast Asia Limited、Indonesia Natural Gas Resources Muturi Inc.及KG Wiriagar Petroleum Ltd.）共同擁有40%的非作業者權益，其中，中國海油全資子公司持有5.56%的權益。EnQuest擔任作業者並擁有40%的權益，Agra擁有20%的非作業者權益。
