日本京都2025年2月26日 /美通社/ -- Nuvoton Technology Corporation Japan (NTCJ)已開發出用於48V型锂電池的工業應用17通道BM-IC産品「KA49701A」和「KA49702A」。這兩款產品預計將於2025年4月開始量產。這些產品提高了電池系統的安全性，並確保系統構建簡單且安全。

1. 電池監控IC的作用是在電池出現過充或過放等異常情況時,確保系統安全運行。然而，如果執行電芯電壓測量的主要電路，如BM-IC的模數轉換器（AD轉換器）或多路複用器發生故障，就需要通過外部保護電路來確保系統安全，但這會增加電路板面積和系統成本。該產品的主要內部電路配備了診斷和失效保護功能。這種診斷功能可以檢測出主要電路的故障並控制斷路開關，既提高了電池管理系統(BMS)的安全性，又降低了系統成本。

2. 通過降低16位AD轉換器的噪聲水平並集成數碼濾波器，NTCJ實現了行業領先的電壓測量精度，達到+/-2.9mV (*1)。提高電壓測量精度可以充分利用電池的最大容量。此外，在較寬的溫度範圍內也實現了精確的電壓測量。它還適用於在寒冷和炎熱環境中需要進行高精度電壓測量的應用場景，例如符合中國相關國家標準的固定電池系統(*2)。
