新加坡2024年12月10日 /美通社/ -- 總部位於新加坡的領先的數據中心先驅企業GDS International（簡稱「GDSI」）宣佈，該公司對最初於2024年10月29日公佈的B輪可轉換優先股新股發行的最終協議，進行了修訂。據此，此次新股發行的規模已經從10億美元擴大到12億美元，相應的交易前估值保持不變。

此次增發規模擴大主要得益於包括軟銀願景基金(SoftBank Vision Fund)和城堡投資(Citadel)首席執行官Kenneth Griffin在內的新知名投資者的加入。隨著B輪融資的加入，GDSI預計將有足夠的股權資金，來支持總計超過1吉瓦的數據中心容量的開發。

現在預計B輪新股發行將於今年年底前完成。
