UNStudio、b720 Arquitectura 和 Esteyco 的提案一致獲得評審團的最高分數。評審團考慮功能（鐵路、商業和大學）、可行性、可及性和融入城市、可持續發展及共融等方面，其目標是將查馬丁綜合體轉變為馬德里的城市座標。

在提交的設計中，團隊認為不可或缺的一個關鍵元素是保留和尊重查馬丁火車站的歷史拱頂，將它們視作車站的一個獨特和標誌性的元素。
