中國杭州和紹興2022年11月29日 /美通社/ -- 歌禮製藥有限公司（香港聯交所代碼：1672，「歌禮」）今日宣佈其COVID-19（「新冠」）口服候選藥物蛋白酶（3CLpro）抑制劑ASC11新藥臨床試驗（IND）申請已獲中國國家藥品監督管理局（「國家藥監局」）受理。

在新冠病毒感染的抗病毒細胞實驗中，ASC11顯示出遠高於奈瑪特韋、S-217622、PBI-0451 和 EDP-235等其他3CLpro抑制劑的抗新冠病毒活性。ASC11對多種廣泛傳播的奧密克戎變異株如BA.1和BA.5均保持強效抗病毒活性。在新冠病毒感染動物模型中，ASC11同樣表現出強效抗病毒活性。
