沙烏地阿拉伯利雅德2022年10月27日 /美通社/ -- 全球非牟利基金會 Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute 今日宣布，在全球研究出版社 Springer Nature 的支援下推出「Algoritmi 獎」。該年度科學與科技獎的設立是爲了表彰人工智慧 (AI) 和機器人研究，這些研究有潛力創造出現實的解決方案以應對全球挑戰。

每年，Algoritmi 獎都會關注國際社會所面臨的一項全球挑戰，涉及食品和水安全、醫療、能源和氣候變化等主題。所有符合資格的申請者都會受邀參加公開競爭，並由全球專家組成的獨立委員會進行評估。

獲勝的申請者將獲得用於開發和擴展其科技的資金，同時還能夠利用 FII Institute 的平台，與投資者、學者和決策者分享其研究。申請將於 2023 年 1 月開放，並將於 2023 年 10 月在 FII 第 7 版中宣布一等獎獲得者。

此外，頒獎儀式將在 FII 會議的年度研討會上舉行，屆時還會邀請一名機器人領域的知名演講者進行演講。該研討會將匯聚來自學術界、政府和業界有着共同興趣的代表，從而建立一個機器人技術討論管道並進一步推動創新。
