台北2022年10月3日 /美通社/ -- 為因應全球落實聯合國（UN）「永續發展目標」（SDGs）所面臨的挑戰，探尋創新的解決方案，台灣、美國、日本及澳洲在第77屆聯合國大會開議期間在紐約以實體、線上混合方式共同舉辦「全球合作暨訓練架構」（GCTF）國際研討會。

SIT 副總樊亞倫在演說中提及 UN 17項 SDGs 中的8項：產業、創新與基礎設施，氣候行動，清潔飲水與衛生設施，優質教育，促進目標實現之全球夥伴關係，清除貧窮，體面工作與經濟成長，和良好健康與社會福利。除了分享台灣官民是如何攜手落實 SDGs，樊亞倫也對台灣整體新創生態圈與 SIT 在其中所扮演的角色做出分享。幾個他所引用的台灣在實踐 SDGs 上的案例包括：台灣宣示將在2050年之前做到「淨零排放」，台積電（TSMC）在半導體製程中實施的水管理方案，以及台糖引進宏都拉斯小農咖啡助公益等。
