擬重建甲級商廈

香港2022年5月5日 /美通社/ -- 本港房地產發展商樂風集團公佈，集團夥拍BentallGreenOak及施羅德資本，已完成收購尖沙咀漢口道 31-37 號物業的大部份業權，擬重建甲級商廈。

樂風集團創辦人及主席周佩賢小姐表示：「是次重建項目座落於尖沙咀核心區漢口道，是尖沙咀最著名的街道之一，距離尖沙咀港鐵站A出口僅約2分鐘步程，毗鄰有各類型的大型商場、五星級酒店及甲級商廈。擬建的甲級商廈將成為享有維港景緻的地標式建築。」

樂風集團投資管理總監梁鎮峰先生表示：「該地盤面積約9,650平方呎，規劃為『商業 (甲類) 』地盤，總可建樓面面積約115,800平方呎。整個地盤的總收購價逾15億港元，即每平方呎樓面地價約12,953港元。該地盤位於漢口道中段，臨街面闊逾33米，零售鋪位價值高。該地皮的發展將融合各種頂尖技術、優質建築設計、綠色環保及可持續發展概念，以及具前瞻性的科技智能配套等。集團已收購該項目的大部份不可分割業權，目前尚餘一伙未能達成共識的單位，集團已開展強拍程序的預備工作以統一業權。」
