越南胡志明市2021年11月4日 /美通社/ -- Villa le Voile 乃胡志明市碩果僅存的歷史古蹟之一，別墅將於2022年第四季度起開放，屆時勢必成為越南首屈一指的歷史古蹟及餐飲目的地。樓高兩層的古蹟建築融合越南原住民、華人及法國殖民時期的文化，是城中共52座一級古蹟建築之一。

這座佔地1,500平方米的別墅建於1927年至1930年間，其土地面積達3,000平方米。Minerva Corporation 於2015年收購別墅，並投資超過2,000萬美元，以重修建築至其昔日的輝煌風華。Villa le Voile 任命分別來自意大利及英國的著名專家 Palazzo Spinelli 藝術修復學院（Palazzo Spinelli Institute for Art and Restoration）和 Stonewest 為古蹟進行大規模的全面翻新工程。專家團隊擁有豐富的經驗，曾修復莊園、大教堂、歷史及文化機構等。

Villa le Voile 的名字靈感源自 voile（法文意指「面紗」），象徵其長達七年的研究和修復之旅，以及在過程中逐層掀起的歷史面紗。別墅由三個部分組成，包括主別墅、舉辦專題展覽和期間限定活動的靈活空間，以及戶外景觀區。別墅亦設有三個餐飲場所，以藝術精神、文化敏感度及古蹟推廣為主題。
