香港2021年6月11日 /美通社/ -- 本港領先電子支付終端方案供應商俊盟國際控股有限公司（「俊盟國際」，股份代號：8062）發盈喜，集團預期股東應佔未經審核溢利及全面收益總額將由截至2020年3月31日止年度約4.2百萬港元，增加約20.8百萬港元或495.2%，至截至2021年3月31日止年度約25.0百萬港元，主要由於﹕(i) 其他收入因一次性出售聯營公司的收益及收取「防疫抗疫基金」項下的政府補助而增加；(ii) 截至2021年3月31日止年度並無承兌票據的利息開支導致財務成本下降；及 (iii) 截至2020年3月31日止年度出售附屬公司的虧損及出售附屬公司所涉及法律及專業費用等若干開支項目，於截至2021年3月31日止年度內分別不再產生或大幅減少，導致其他虧損及行政開支減少的綜合影響所致。
