新竹2021年2月3日 /美通社/ -- 上週(30日)苗栗縣大成高級中學與新竹縣卡爾國際實驗教育機構，在苗栗縣議長鍾東錦、大成高中董事會林桂箕會長、財團法人卡爾教育基金會創辦人Mr. Karl Andres的見證下，完成兩校合作簽約儀式。
