意大利薄餅學校 (The Italian School of Pizza) 的誕生是為了教授正統意大利薄餅的奧秘，從選擇最佳配料（例如意大利番茄醬）開始到製備及烹飪技術。

意大利博洛尼亞2020年11月5日 /美通社/ - 意大利番茄專家 Cirio 及 Conserve Italia 的目標是從亞洲開始在世界推廣意大利廚藝，以宣傳地中海飲食及意大利優質產品。該項目專為亞洲的網紅、餐廳老闆、記者及意見領袖而設。由泰國意大利商會、意大利拿坡里薄餅公會 (Verace Pizza Napoletana Association) （其中包括 Cirio 在其享負盛名的供應商名冊中）及意大利外交部聯合舉辦的「真正的意大利風味、正宗的意大利餐桌：您所需要的就是烹調薄餅」(True Italian Taste, Authentic Italian Table: All you need is cooking PIZZA) 第一個活動已於幾週前在曼谷舉行。

共有 40 位獲邀嘉賓參加了此次活動，他們有機會從大廚 Paolo Vitaletti 身上學習意大利薄餅的秘密，由製備麵團到精選 100% 意大利製造的 Cirio 番茄醬等食材選擇。
