東京2020年9月7日 /美通社/ -- 日本通運株式會社(Nippon Express Co., Ltd.)（東京證券交易所市場1部：9062；以下簡稱「該公司」）特此宣布，正如2020年5月22日在「收購MD Logistics, Inc.和MD Express, Inc.（成為子公司）的股權」公告中宣布的，該公司通過旗下美國子公司Nippon Express USA, Inc.完成了對MD Logistics, LLC和MD Express, LLC（合稱為"MD Logistics"）（ *注）全部股權的收購。
