禁止其在美國銷售、許諾銷售、進口或允許使用侵權產品

紐約2019年9月24日 /美通社/ -- 在SIMO Holdings Inc.Hong Kong、uCloudlink Network Technology Limited（香港優克網路技術有限公司）和 uCloudlink（America）Ltd（優克聯美國有限公司）的訴訟中，美國紐約南區法院向 uCloudlink（優克聯）公司發出永久性禁令，要求其從2019年9月1日開始停止在美國銷售、許諾銷售、進口或允許使用型號為 Glocalme G2、G3和 U2的 wifi 熱點設備以及型號為 S1的行動電話（以下統稱「侵權產品」）。

此前，Skyroam, Inc.的控股公司 Simo Holdings Inc.（以下簡稱「Skyroam 漫遊寶」）訴 Hong Kong uCloudlink Network Technology Limited（香港優克網路技術有限公司）和 uCloudlink（America）Ltd（優克聯美國有限公司，兩被告以下合稱「uCloudlink 公司」或「優克聯公司」）的專利侵權案件作出了簡要判决。法院認定優克聯公司型號為 Glocalme G2、G3和 U2的 wifi 熱點設備以及型號為 S1的行動電話侵犯了 US9736689專利權。

美國紐約南區法院的最新禁令永久禁止被告優克聯公司在美國進口、銷售、許諾銷售或允許使用侵權產品。

被告優克聯公司提出的作為法律問題進行判决和重新審判的動議被駁回。
