日本松山2019年1月8日電 /美通社/ -- 日本愛媛縣將於2019年1月25日（週五）至1月27日（週日）在位於彰化市和台中的裕毛屋高端超市分店舉行「第三屆愛媛美食展」，展示各種愛媛美食，比如季節性柑橘類水果以及愛媛縣引以為傲的優質豬肉。

愛媛縣位於日本四大島嶼之一 -- 四國島的西北部。該縣柑橘產量居全日本第一，愛媛柑橘也被出口到臺灣，因一流品質而在當地大受歡迎。愛媛縣還以熱情好客的態度和美味佳餚而聞名。

此次，愛媛縣為臺灣消費者選擇了其品質上乘的柑橘品種。其中一個品種是愛媛最佳柑橘產區之一真穴出產的「溫州蜜柑」。這種蜜柑在樹上越冬，提高水果本身帶有的甜味。另一個品種是最初在愛媛育成、以極致口感和獨特甜味而聞名的「甘平」。

該縣還將展示當地養殖的「愛媛柔甜豬」豬肉，這種豬肉因鮮嫩多汁而聞名。

此外，該縣還將展示來自11家製造商的愛媛特產，包括「柚子蛋糕」、「氣球蜜柑果凍冰」和「酸橙蘇打」以及乾貨和沙丁魚魚乾。這些公司將派六名代表參加展會，銷售產品。
