香港2018年12月4日電 /美通社/ -- 信和置業有限公司（港交所：083）欣然宣布獲批出第一筆綠色貸款「Sino Land Green Loan 2018」，並獲得由香港品質保證局頒發的「綠色金融認證發行前證書」。

信和置業公布的「綠色融資框架」涵蓋信置及其聯營和附屬公司，為綠色融資制定指引，投資可持續發展建築項目，提升環境效益，實踐建構可持續發展社區的願景。例如，集團訂下目標，於2020年前將碳排放量從2012年水平減少16%。

經框架融資的貸款將用於新或現有建築項目，提升能源效益。其他目標包括廢物管理、綠色運輸、提高用水效益和應對氣候變化。
