Young 先生自 3 月起擔任署理首席分銷總監，期間展現卓越的領導能力，積極推進 Manulife 的分銷策略，並加深與各重點市場經紀夥伴的聯繫。履新後，他將負責領導 Manulife 國際經紀業務的全球發展，推動香港、新加坡、中東及其他市場的業務增長，並進一步加強經紀夥伴關係及提升分銷實力。
