韓國首爾2026年4月6日 /美通社/ -- "Best Life Solution Company" Coway Co., Ltd.（科唯怡）宣佈，公司首席執行官Jangwon Seo增持2800股公司股份，彰顯其踐行負責任經營、提升股東價值的承諾。

據向韓國金融監督院(FSS)提交的公司文件顯示，Seo於3月30日至4月1日的三個交易日內，在公開市場購入2800股普通股，交易總額約2.029億韓元。本次增持後，其持有的Coway股份總數增至9800股。

自就任首席執行官以來，Seo持續增持公司股份。今年2月，其購入1000股；2023年、2024年則分別增持4000股與2000股。

Coway表示，此次增持體現了管理層對公司未來發展的信心，以及提升股東價值的堅定承諾。

在3月31日召開的年度股東大會上，Coway批准每股派發現金股利1957韓元。公司今年早些時候還披露了企業價值提升計劃實施情況，宣佈自2026年起將推行季度分紅，並維持40%的股東回報比例，以滿足高股息企業認定標準。
