倫敦2026年2月25日 /美通社/ -- 阿姆斯特丹泛歐交易所上市公司 SWI Group（下稱「SWI」）繼 2026 年 2 月 19 日發出公佈後，再宣佈該公司（透過一間全資附屬公司）已簽訂另一份具法律約束力的協議，以總值 3.3 億美元收購數碼基礎設施及科技驅動業務的額外權益。

正如先前所公佈，SWI Digital 已於 2026 年 2 月 1 日行使期權，以總值 1.7 億美元收購一間私人控股公司的全部（而非僅部分）已發行股本。該公司本身亦持有上述同類數碼基礎設施及科技驅動業務的權益。

待兩項交易完成後，SWI 預計將合共持有該公司優先股類別所附帶 11.24 億美元清算優先權價值的 77.2%，同時亦將佔有該公司總持股量約 38.3%。

該等交易須待監管批准及其他交割條件達成後，方可完成。該等監管程序本質上屬保密。
